Job Opportunity: Luxury Sales Associate

Seeking a driven and client-focused sales professional to deliver personalized service, drive sales performance, and foster enduring relationships with clients. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to a high-performance culture, uphold presentation excellence, and support boutique operations.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences that reflect luxury standards.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships, cultivating new business opportunities while deepening loyalty with existing clients.
  • Support achieving sales targets and contributing to a high-performance team culture.
  • Develop and maintain strong product and brand knowledge to confidently share expertise with clients.
  • Ensure the boutique's presentation and merchandising are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Assist with boutique operations, including POS transactions, cash handling, and daily opening/closing procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within jewelry or timepieces.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a client-centric environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Impeccable professional presentation and an understanding of luxury service etiquette.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident using retail systems and CRM platforms; qualifications in business, gemology, or jewelry design are highly regarded.
  • A clear Police Check is required.
