We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Collins St. in a Fixed Term capacity.
As a key member of our boutique, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client experiences, cultivating strong relationships, and driving sales results.
- Provide unique and memorable client experiences inside and outside the boutique
- Cultivate strong client relationships and brand loyalty
- Contribute to sales results and stock compliance accuracy
- Participate in client events and represent the Maison
- Support the set-up and closing of the boutique
- Assist with special projects and liaise with stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- +3 years experience in retail, hospitality, or service-led roles
- A strong understanding of Luxury Standards
- A service-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and help others
- Excellent time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
