Key Responsibilities:- Recommend premium products and merchandise tailored to customer needs and their vehicles
- Address customer inquiries and overcome objections effectively
- Collaborate with the finance department to close deals with customers
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of accessories for each model and relevant premium products
- Manage and enhance the CRM system
- Consult with the sales manager and finance department on pricing negotiations
- Develop promotional strategies for premium products
- Build and sustain strong relationships with the sales team to maximise profit and achieve targets
- An experienced negotiator with a proven track record in closing sales
- Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail
- Knowledgeable in the automotive industry with a desire to grow
- Well-presented with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 12 months of premium sales industry experience
