Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Main Duties Include:

  • Greet and address customers in a friendly and respectful manner
  • Promote loyalty programs and promotions to customers
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding product and services
  • Complete sale transactions using the Point of Sale
  • Prepare delicious coffees using barista equipment

Health Safety Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Requirements:

  • Maintain awareness of and ability to undertake emergency procedures
  • Conduct activities in accordance with safety and operational procedures
  • Adhere to defined work health and safety policies and procedures

General Responsibilities:

  • Complete cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
  • Replenish shop stock in accordance with store operational procedures

Requirements:

- 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work overnight and evening shifts
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
