About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with other customer-facing teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms and issuing room keys, process all check-outs in a professional manner.
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette and respond to guest calls, wake-up calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns.
  • Assist guests with enquiries on hotel and lounge services and information.
  • Seek and respond to guest feedback to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage cashier closure including processing of invoices and receipts at the end of the shift according to financial requirements.

Requirements:

  • F&B experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present clear and concise information to different stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Problem solving ability on both operational and/or strategic areas.
  • Ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays.
