Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
">The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the business by attending to telephone and counter inquiries, data entry tasks, customer service requests, purchase orders and invoices, updating reports, preparing agendas, taking minutes for meetings, inputting timesheet data for payroll, and carrying out other tasks as required.
Main Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Data Entry: Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping duties
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings
- Reporting: Update reports and maintain accurate records
- Payroll Processing: Input timesheet data for payroll processing
- A Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field is required
- BASIC numeracy and literacy skills are essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is necessary
- Good verbal and written communication skills are expected
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is vital
