We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Administrator to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our care home.
This role involves working closely with other team members to provide outstanding customer service to residents and their families. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee services, payroll, training, compliance, HR, recruitment activities, and onboarding new starters.
- Providing warm and informative introductions to prospective residents and their loved ones, handling enquiries and coordinating admissions.
- Leading the customer and administrative experience function, delivering high-quality service standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- To work patiently with residents and their families, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, diplomacy, and a proactive approach.
- Show intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite.
- Prior experience in a similar admin/customer service role.
- Prior experience in rosters, payroll, and general HR functions including recruitment.
