Business Partner for Culture and People jobs in... allow individuals to work closely with the HR team, creating engaging content, managing job postings and interviews.

Location: Remote / Hybrid

As a Business Partner for Culture and People, you will be responsible for supporting employer branding, recruitment outreach, internal communications and maintaining employee records.

This position is fully remote, ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with a team, contributing to creative projects and supporting people initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the team with publishing job postings and tracking candidate applications
  2. Help screen resumes and compile candidate shortlists for the team's review
  3. Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews between applicants and managers
  4. Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and digital HR documents (e.g., onboarding materials, contracts)
  5. Help draft internal announcements and HR communications as requested
  6. Support the planning and coordination of team engagement activities or virtual events
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or basic content planning tools (e.g., Trello, Notion)
  • Interest in social media, employer branding, and internal communication efforts
  • Good written communication skills and an eye for design
  • Prior experience assisting in HR, administration, or marketing is a plus — but not required
