Role Overview: As a Wellness Advocate, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and inclusive environment for individuals participating in our mental health day program.
\As a Wellness Advocate, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement strategies that promote emotional well-being and resilience among participants. This includes creating engaging activities that foster social connections, self-awareness, and stress management skills.
\You will work closely with program staff to ensure the needs of participants are met, providing support and guidance as needed. Your expertise in promoting positive relationships, effective communication, and conflict resolution will be invaluable in maintaining a harmonious and productive program environment.

\Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records and reports related to participant engagement and progress
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements and Qualifications:
\- Relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as psychology, social work, or community development
- Proven experience in designing and delivering wellness programs, preferably in a community or healthcare setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with participants, staff, and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding solutions that benefit all parties
