Uprety Home Care has a vacancy for an experienced support worker

We are seeking a caring, organized and diligent individual to join our team of home carers who provide assistance to individuals living with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes
  • Assist with personal care, domestic duties and medication administration
  • Operate hoists and other equipment to ensure participant safety and mobility
  • Manage complex behaviors and medical conditions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a disability support worker
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to a 24/7 roster including active night shifts and weekends
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check
  • Unrestricted New South Wales driver's license
