About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing vital assistance to individuals in need.

  • Offering personal care tasks, including bathing and grooming.
  • Assisting with household chores and engaging activities.
  • Monitoring health and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members.
  • Providing safe transportation for clients, adhering to traffic regulations and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate completion of tasks, purchasing items according to client preferences and budgets.

The successful applicant will be emotionally aware, resilient, and responsive to changing support needs. They will be sensitive to clients' different personalities, cultural backgrounds, and family dynamics, genuine, reliable, and respectful of individual choice and confidentiality.

We are seeking dedicated individuals who can make a positive impact. If you have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support and corresponding transcript, a Current Australian National Police Check, and Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, we encourage you to apply.
