Job Title: Dedicated Support Worker

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate support worker to deliver high-quality in-home care services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is flexible, and has a passion for supporting individuals in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as household chores, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Maintaining health and safety guidelines, adhering to policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all parties involved.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in aged care or healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings and afternoons, Monday to Friday.
  • A current Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • First aid certification (we can arrange at no cost to you).
