Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our clients in their daily lives. This is a part-time opportunity that requires flexibility to work a varied roster over 7 days a week.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the development and running of activities for clients
  • Providing physical, personal and social support to clients as needed
  • Assisting in the day-to-day running of all aspects of the Centre including meals, excursions and transport of clients
  • Driving the Facility Bus and the Facility Commuter Vehicle (where required)
  • Reporting and documenting client changes, concerns and incidents in a timely manner

Essential Qualifications and Certificates:

  • Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
  • Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Home & Community Care
  • Hold current Police Screening Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Hold current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Have good computer and mobile device skills
