Job Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated support worker to assist individuals with their daily needs. As part of our team, you will provide personalized support and companionship to enable clients to live independently.

About the Position:
  • Deliver high-quality support services that cater to the unique needs of each client, as outlined in their NDIS plan.
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, domestic assistance, and transportation.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with clients to enhance their physical and mental well-being.
  • Foster connections within the community to facilitate access to resources and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • A current full Australian driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Comprehensive car insurance.
  • NDIS workers screening check (Service NSW).
  • Valid first aid & CPR certificate.
  • Working with children check (WWCC).
  • Experience in manual handling, challenging behaviors, and other high-care skills.
  • Previous experience in disability support or assistant in nursing (AIN).
