Physiotherapist Graduate Program

The Physiotherapist Graduate Program is a two-year opportunity for self-starting graduates to gain valuable experience in rehabilitation consulting. Our mission is to help Australians be safe and well at work, maximising workforce participation.

We assess the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries, conducting assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers
  • Conducting specialist functional and pre-employment assessments
  • Helping clients identify future employment options
  • Effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress
  • Engaging with stakeholders to facilitate business objectives

As part of our nationwide team, you'll have exposure to diverse workplaces, including government, mining, retail, emergency services, manufacturing, transport, security, hospitality, and labour hire.
