Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Power Systems Division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase business in the Data Centre and Cloud and Services Provider Segment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and execution methodologies, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Management, or trade qualifications with business management experience.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase business in the Data Centre and Cloud and Services Provider Segment
  • Maintain Salesforce.com (CRM) to accurately represent business opportunities
  • Set targets and ensure strategies are in place to meet each target
  • Manage accurate monthly order forecasting in line with company targets
  • Develop and implement strategy for increasing business in the segments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven business development experience in Electrical Technologies
  • Demonstrated experience of consistently meeting sales targets and objectives
  • Training in leading sales and execution methodologies
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering / Management or trade qualifications with business management experience
