Services Manager

This role involves providing strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering culturally appropriate rehabilitation and support services in mental health and substance misuse.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing evidence-based health services, refining clinical and cultural supervision of social health teams, and facilitating access to ongoing professional development and workforce development.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of culturally sensitive service delivery models for case management, mental health wellbeing, alcohol and other drugs, and social needs.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery by implementing effective quality control measures.
- Mentor staff to provide comprehensive social and wellbeing supports to clients.
Candidates must possess relevant qualifications or equivalent experience, as well as proven leadership and management skills.
- Requirements:
- Certificate IV or higher in individual or group work, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and communities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
