We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our customer service unit, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating a supportive environment for our valued clients.

About the Role:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by being the friendly, professional voice that our customers love.
  • Handle customer enquiries with clarity, ensuring they receive accurate information.
  • Be the troubleshooting expert, tackling customer situations by listening carefully and finding solutions that leave them satisfied.
  • Empower customers through self-service, guiding callers through troubleshooting steps and directing them to resources that help them solve problems independently.
  • Support Internal Customers with Call Transition, seamlessly coordinating with branches and other internal customers.
  • Manage customer expectations with confidence, setting and maintaining realistic expectations.
  • Navigate challenging situations smoothly, using our call escalation process to handle tough situations with ease.

About You:

  • You will possess excellent communication skills, strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to customers and colleagues.
  • You will have customer service expertise, understanding of customer service principles and practices to deliver exceptional service.
  • You will be an effective problem-solver, able to guide customers through service issues and resolve complaints.
  • You will learn about body corporate / strata management and become familiar with relevant information governing this area.
  • You will have technical proficiency in CRM systems and call centre technology.
  • You will have attention to detail, accurately entering data and managing documentation.
  • You will be adaptable and composed, handling various customer interactions and adapting to different situations and challenges.
