
Case Manager, Homelessness Support Specialist

This role involves supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness. You will play a pivotal part in helping people overcome barriers, and find safe, suitable homes, while ensuring their fundamental health and safety needs are met.
">- You'll deliver direct interventions, acknowledging the impact of multiple and complex needs of people experiencing homelessness
- You'll utilise and develop networks relevant to the needs of people experiencing homelessness
- You'll support people to develop confidence, increase self-esteem and motivation focused on sustaining tenancies
To thrive in this role, you'll have:
Key Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services (Homelessness Sector) or equivalent (Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, Youth Work, Disability or equivalent experience)
- Experience in working in a human services or homelessness setting and knowledge of a range of appropriate models of intervention
- Exceptional advocacy skills: You're not afraid to speak up and fight for what's right
