**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and lead Support and Safety Plans, including for children, in collaboration with DCP and clients.
  • Provide therapeutic case management focusing on parenting, mental health, housing, and wellbeing.
  • Supervise and guide Youth Support Workers and support case direction.
  • Support young people with Moving to Adult Life and Independence (MALI) plans under SPC contracts.
  • Build community links, coordinate services, and advocate for best outcomes through multi-agency collaboration.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

A degree in Social Work (or be working towards registration) is essential for this role. Experience working in youth homelessness, mental health, or related fields is also highly valued.
