We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver complex and innovative solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain profitable business relationships with clients through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead the delivery of complex projects, ensuring client satisfaction and effective project management.
  • Develop hypotheses about client business issues and leverage insights to define and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure project members are sufficiently enabled to meet client expectations.
  • Support relationship development with large key clients and act as a relationship manager for complex clients.
  • Lead proposal writing and shaping of opportunities for complex clients.
  • Deliver high-quality work as an expertise lead that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Lead and/or contribute to thought leadership and research, managing relationships with business and thought leaders.
  • Deepen and broaden own consulting skills, business understanding, and expertise to enable an expanded viewpoint on client issues.

Requirements:

  • Typically a relevant higher degree plus considerable work experience in a consultancy and/or a client HR function.
  • Alternatively, significant work experience in a top-tier professional services firm.
