Senior Operations Director

As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead the successful delivery of our programs, driving operational excellence across all facets.
You will form strong alliances with senior leaders to drive business growth, sustainability, and innovation. This will involve overseeing daily operations of program teams to guarantee service quality and coordination.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in senior leadership roles within operations, ideally within NDIS, WFA, DES, and/or government-funded programs. They will have an in-depth understanding of the Employment Services Sector and a proven track record of delivering programs that yield social and economic outcomes, particularly with First Nations communities.
You will lead efforts to optimize operational processes across both program delivery and back-office functions, crafting systems that are effective, scalable, and culturally responsive. You will also cultivate leadership capacity among direct reports and foster a collaborative, culturally sensitive work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
