Our Shift Manager will lead the team through busy periods, train staff and improve customer experience proactively. They will support with ordering and rostering as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager with strong organisational and leadership capabilities to manage the customer service team in a high-volume bakery business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in running the day-to-day operations of our bakery business ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Lead and manage shifts (up to 10 people), motivating the team to deliver a consistently friendly & efficient customer experience upholding company values and brand standards.
  • Maintain a safe work environment relating to OHS/WHS and food safety & hygiene.
  • Ensure procedures, policies and high standards are followed at all times.
Requirements:
  • Candidates should have great customer service experience.
  • They must have management experience preferably managing teams of up to 10 people previously.
  • Be prepared to work weekends and evenings as required by the business.
  • Be able to confidently manage a team including directing disciplining and providing encouragement.
