Our venue is located in a popular tourist town, with Soldiers Beach only a stones throw away from the club. We are located next to Norah Head Holiday Park and our trade explodes over the holiday periods.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time (PPT) Relief Supervisor to join our operational team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who leads by example, takes pride in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day Club activities, and is focused on delivering friendly and professional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or senior role in a registered/licensed venue

Solid knowledge of TAB, Keno, Gaming, and Cellar operations

Experience in opening and closing procedures

RSA & RCG certifications – essential

ARCG accreditation – highly regarded

Current full drivers license

Strong computer literacy, including point-of-sale, membership, and venue management systems

Accurate cash handling and reconciliation experience

Confident managing venue security and incident response

High level of customer service and team leadership

Hands on leadership – willing to step in wherever needed to support the team

Must be available day and night, Monday through Sunday (7-day roster flexibility essential)
