We're Central Coast Shopfronts, a specialist manufacturer and installer of Alspec aluminium window and door systems.

From bespoke architectural homes to boutique commercial projects, we bring precision, performance, and style to every job.

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead our projects onsite — someone who knows the glazing industry inside out, can confidently manage installation teams, and enjoys working with architects and builders to bring ambitious designs to life.

What you'll do
  • Supervise and coordinate installers and glaziers across multiple sites
  • Meet architects and builders onsite to confirm details and obtain manufacturing sizes
  • Ensure all installations meet Australian standards and project specifications
  • Plan and coordinate lifting aids, site access, and trades programming
  • Oversee safety compliance and site presentation
  • Represent the business with professionalism — you'll be regarded as the face of the company onsite

What you'll bring
  • Strong glazing industry experience — Alspec familiarity a big plus
  • Trade qualification in building/carpentry or glazing helpful but not essential
  • Ability to read shop drawings and manage installation sequencing
  • White Card (mandatory); other site tickets advantageous
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation, pride in your work, and an eye for detail

  • An understanding of any (or all) of the following will be beneficial but is not essential:

  • Fieldwire site management app

  • Zoho One business suite
  • V6 software
  • AutoCAD
  • Google Suite
