Production Supervisor

As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee daily activities, coordinate resources and lead your team to achieve project milestones while maintaining a strong focus on safety and work quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and communicating task requirements to the team
  • Identifying risks or constraints impacting task delivery and consulting stakeholders
  • Ensuring timely and accurate project delivery while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Conducting performance reviews and addressing employee matters in line with company policies
  • Coordinating subcontractor activities, including quotations and work specifications
  • Monitoring and supporting the submission of quality evidence as required
  • Providing regular feedback to ensure procedures align with task execution
  • Leading continuous improvement by reviewing practices and ensuring work meets quality standards

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A trade qualification in a relevant field with 10 years' trade experience in heavy industrial or marine environments
  • Previous experience in a supervisory position
