Job Title: Key Account Manager - Digital Marketing

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and strategically growing accounts with win-win service offerings.

The ideal candidate will have proven account management experience and a clear understanding of digital marketing strategies, including Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, and Paid Social channels.

You will work closely with our account management, sales, and technical teams to deliver powerful client results and effectively communicate with external providers as needed.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and results, while retaining client accounts and strategically growing them.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all client communication for a portfolio of clients, including face-to-face, Google Meet, phone, email, Slack, and shared documents.
  • Foster client relationships and formulate strategies to meet client goals using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Agency Analytics.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to deliver powerful client results, working with external providers as needed.
