Job Role Overview
The role of Internal Communications and Administration Support Officer is a key part in maintaining internal messaging and providing day-to-day administrative support to both the Human Resources and leadership teams.
This part-time position plays an essential role in keeping employees informed, engaged, and connected across the organisation.
- Drafting and distributing internal communications, newsletters, and intranet posts
- Supporting employment branding initiatives across digital platforms
- Coordinating employee engagement activities, events, and scheduling
- Maintaining communication calendars and assisting with reporting
- Preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, and supporting general administration
Key Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Experience in administration or internal communications (desired)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools
