About this role
We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Manager to drive sales and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge and experience in identifying and converting business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring market trends, maintaining relationships with existing partnerships, and developing new relationships with prospective clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and converting appropriate business opportunities;
- Monitoring the mining and construction equipment market;
- Pursuing direct sales leads;
- Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing partnerships;
- Presenting quotations and proposals to new and existing clients;
Requirements:
- Proven track record and experience in sales or business development from related industries;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional customer engagement and relationship development skills;
- Self-motivation and excellent time management skills;
- Strong technical/project management skills;
- Ability to travel;
- Understanding of various earthmoving, mining, and infrastructure equipment;
