Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Project Manager to join our team at a Tier 3 residential builder in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working on custom homes, multi-unit residential, or commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing project programs and budgets
- Forecasting and managing project costs
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and standards
- Conducting site inspections and testing
- Managing subcontractors and site inductions
- Providing excellent client care and communication
- Managing project timelines and deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Trade tertiary background in Carpentry or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction software, including Procore
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to travel across NSW
