Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a team of 4 Site Supervisors, each managing approximately 20 homes. This role involves a mix of office-based and on-site responsibilities and is crucial for ensuring the smooth delivery of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and support 4 Site Supervisors managing individual project homes schemes.
  2. Split your time between office and site work, ensuring effective project management.
  3. Be active in the assistance of preparing schedules.
  4. Determine procurement methodologies to align with project budgets and timelines.
  5. Manage the checking and processing of supplier and subcontractor payments.
  6. Maintain detailed records of labour and materials costs.
  7. Produce and oversee construction programs.
  8. Collaborate with other internal stakeholders.
To be Successful, You Will Have:
  1. Be very proficient with on-site companion software.
  2. A solid background working in the project homes industry.
  3. Strong IT skills are essential.
  4. Ideally, you will have Certificate IV in Building and Construction.
  5. Proven ability to lead a construction team to achieve results and commercial outcomes.
  6. A passion for growth and development.
