  • Proactively identify opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies, ensuring that all projects are delivered with the highest level of quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency aligned to standards of quality, ensuring that all projects are delivered with the highest level of quality and efficiency.
  • Acts as a champion of team collaboration and mediator, ensuring that all team members are informed and engaged, and that any issues are escalated to the appropriate level of management.
  • Appropriately escalate issues to manager(s), ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged, and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Approximately 5-8 years of experience in creative project management, with proven project management experience in healthcare or a regulated industry environment preferred; agency experience a plus.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end creative development processes and production (digital, print, experiential, etc.) as well as project management methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management.
  • Motivated, self-starter with clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, on time delivery, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives are a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to drive results in a constructive, collaborative manner. Understands necessary interdependencies across teams and disciplines.
  • Aspiring to be a master in industry standard business practices and protocols, including compliance.
  • Knowledge of the MLR (Medical/Legal/Regulatory) process a plus.
  • Exceptional relationship building and time management skills.
  • Remarkable attention to detail and ability to remain organized.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations.
