About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our team at A Co's first store at Brisbane Airport. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, including sales, stock, visual merchandising, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage and train all store staff, including product training, and ensure all company and airport processes are being adhered to.
  • Customer Experience: Provide an in-store experience that inspires and empowers our customers, and engage with them by sharing your product knowledge and experience.
  • Inventory Management: Receipting, replenishing, and merchandising products in store, and maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping and visual merchandising.
  • Team Management: Create and manage store rosters and payroll, with reference to airport volume forecasts and flight schedules.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Store Sales meet budget expectations.
  • Store hours and staff management to budget.
  • Store Visual Presentation Standards meet company guidelines.
  • Airport Safety and Procedures are strictly adhered to at all times.
  • Payroll submitted on time and accurately.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience as a store manager in an Airport environment, mandatory.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • A passion for travel.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets & KPI's.
  • To be successful in this role, you must be able to pass Airport ASIC security requirements.
