Delivering Holistic Care Services

We are seeking casual support workers to join our team as our organisation is growing steadily. Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering holistic care services, dedicated to forming strong and nurturing relationships, and has a genuine desire to enable our clients to achieve their goals.

The duties of our support workers are specific to each client and may change each day. It is a diverse role, with the focus always on supporting our clients to lead a fulfilling and more independent life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide in-home and community support in line with our clients' goals and support plans
  • To work collaboratively with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • To maintain accurate records of client interactions and support provided

Requirements:

  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Check - This is a risk-assessed role
  • Current driver's license and vehicle
  • Smartphone to access internal communication
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable and responsible disposition
  • Fully vaccinated for Covid-19

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support - Disability or similar
