The Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead a team of highly skilled laser and skin therapists and cosmetic injectors. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving clinic sales performance, coaching team members, and setting a high standard through hands-on interactions with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of beauty therapists to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of laser and skin treatments, as well as cosmetic injectables, is highly regarded.
