Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser & Skin Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, delivering a range of treatments including laser hair removal and dermal and skin treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality treatments to clients, including laser hair removal and dermal and skin treatments.
  • Develop and implement bespoke treatment plans and product recommendations to meet client needs.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and a gold-standard client experience.
  • Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a productive and efficient clinic environment.
Requirements
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and meet KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with medical-grade devices, such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring, is highly regarded.
