Based on our current project needs, we are looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the field of Intellectual Property (IP) and Trademarks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our attorneys and partners. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Typing and collating various legal documents;
  • Assisting with a full range of Patent matters;
  • Filing and diary management, including travel bookings;
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required.

We are seeking someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to hit the ground running. Previous experience as a Legal EA, PA, Secretary, or Assistant would be advantageous.
