**The Opportunity**:
Urbis has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic administrator to join our Integrated Property Solutions team in Melbourne.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to kickstart their career in property
The IPS Administrator will provide high quality administrative support to the team and lead the IPS Administration function across Property Management, Corporate Real Estate and Transaction Advisory.
This role will be responsible for driving continuous and proactive improvement of process, systems, and procedures for the team.

**You will**:

- Lead the IPS administration function by coordinating the flow of information.
- Leading the Property Management Administration function - MRI, Core Vision, Loci
- Engage with external suppliers for the delivery of the Property Management processes including - Raising WO / PO, review, action, redirect the PMDocs inbox daily, contractor management, payment of invoices.
- Manage the National Licencing and ISO accreditation in consultation with the Licensee in Charge.
- Document production and collation - using intermediate to advanced level Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Administrative support to the wider team including project and invoicing support, technical support, preparation of presentations and document preparation and formatting.
- Providing a high level of technical support on all Microsoft Office Suite, Urbis Practice Management System (BST) and expense management systems.
- Assist Commercial Manager and Team Administrator Coordinator in driving commercial actions and outcomes for the Business Unit.
- Other duties as directed.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel in particular);
- Experience using the systems - MRI, Core Vision, Loci *desirable
- High proficiency in both spelling and grammar
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
