We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and grow our Crane Department. If you have a strong background in crane operations and sales, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact at a fast-growing organisation.

About the Role

This role will play a critical part in driving the continued success and growth of our Crane Department. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department's operations, including managing sales targets, expanding our customer base, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through active business development, introducing our crane equipment and services to new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing expert consultation on crane configurations, conducting lift studies, and ensuring the best solutions for their needs.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotes, and product solutions to clients to secure long-term dry hire opportunities.
  • Oversee crane operations, ensuring our fleet is well-maintained, and manage the procurement of new cranes.
  • Ensure smooth mobilisation and de-mobilisation of cranes, liaising with transport suppliers and clients, and providing AutoCAD drawings as required.
  • Lead and manage a dedicated crane team, ensuring efficiency, safety, and performance across operations.
  • Regularly report to Senior Management on sales performance, operational issues, market opportunities, and risks.
