About the Role

Falcon Cranes is seeking experienced Tower Crane Operators, Riggers and Dogmen to join our expanding team. With projects across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Northern NSW, we offer the opportunity to work on major construction sites with immediate starts available.

These are hands-on roles that require strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tower cranes and perform rigging/dogging duties in compliance with regulations and company procedures
• Conduct pre-operational checks and ensure cranes and equipment are well maintained
• Interpret lift plans and rigging diagrams to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations
• Select and inspect lifting gear to ensure suitability and compliance
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, ground crew and management to coordinate lifts
• Maintain accurate records of crane operations, maintenance and any incidents
• Report issues promptly and support continuous improvement in safety and productivity
• Promote and uphold a strong safety culture at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Current High-Risk Work Licence relevant to your role
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Minimum of 2 contactable references
• Strong understanding of crane safety, lifting techniques and rigging fundamentals
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safe work practices and company OH&S policies
• Reliability, professionalism and a strong work ethic
