Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our dealership in North Lismore.

The successful candidate will report directly into the Group Service Manager and be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining efficiency and profitability
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and employees
  • Operating at optimal capacity with effective cost control measures
  • Setting and achieving service sales and profit objectives
  • Directing and controlling technician activities to maximize resource utilization
  • Ensuring high-quality interactions with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

  • Proven leadership experience from a dealership service environment
  • High-level knowledge of service department processes, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Service Department KPIs and time management
  • Current Manual Drivers Licence
  • Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) experience preferred
