Service Manager/Reception Position

Lead and develop a team of skilled technicians in a fast-paced workshop environment.

To be successful in this role, you will provide ongoing leadership and management of the workshop service centre. This includes establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and customers.

You will actively engage in day-to-day workshop operations and work closely with our team to achieve business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective service strategies to increase business productivity and maintain high standards.
  • Creating quotes and invoices for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ordering parts from suppliers as required and maintaining stock levels.
  • Ensuring that all incoming stock is checked and processed efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or environment.

We are looking for someone who is able to work well under pressure, prioritise tasks effectively and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
