Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with commercial goals and emerging market trends.

  • Lead the development of branding efforts, including refreshing brands, updating websites, and digital strategy.

  • Provide competitive insights and quarterly trends reporting to foster market intimacy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on research and IP initiatives for new product development.
  • Maintain and monitor the commercial pipeline, ensuring CRM health and conversion rates.

About You

  • A science-related degree or background is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B marketing, product management, or technical sales is required.
  • You must be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in marketing execution and campaign management.
  • An understanding of commercialisation, market evaluation, and new product development is essential.
  • You should be a confident communicator who enjoys stakeholder engagement, networking, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in the chemical, specialty ingredients, or industrial distribution sector is highly regarded.
