As a Specialist Brands Account Manager, you will manage an assigned business territory and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets by driving sales activity of all categories and product SKUs for EHP's specialist brands, including AEG, Vintec, and BeefEater.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic plans that align with key account investment and promotional activity to increase market share, drive volume, and ensure a profitable product mix.
  • Driving sustainable growth while executing an exceptional consumer experience.
  • Managing both sell-in and sell-out functions to drive sales activity.
A Typical Day

As a Specialist Brands Account Manager, your day includes:

  • Creating store business plans.
  • Conducting individual business reviews with Business Owners, Franchisees, Buyers, Department Managers, etc.
  • Executing monthly Key Account Manager (KAM) channel plans for each Business Unit (BU) to meet commercial objectives via sell-out activity.
  • Driving channel Advertising and Promotional activity to increase volume and market share.
  • Ensuring Electrolux Consumer Promotional Programs are communicated and executed.
Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing consignment stock and conducting regular stock takes.
  • Utilizing damage and obsolete floor stock allowances to exit end-of-life models and damaged floor stock.
  • Assisting in management of all purchase orders and delivery book-ins where needed.
  • Sharing low and out-of-stock SKUs with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure presence of required display models.

You will also be responsible for providing product training and support for the EHP product range, having a strong knowledge of all processes, and collaborating with the Product Line, Training, and Marketing teams to become a product champion for the products and brands in your portfolio.
