About the Role

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team as a Centre Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with families, children, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with enrolments, orientations, and answering queries.
  • Utilise technical skills to manage enrolments and family accounts across multiple systems.
  • Prioritise tasks to complete various administrative duties while managing phone, email, debt collection, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Contribute to the Centre's success as a key member of the Centre Leadership team, leveraging strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Maintain the Centre's presentation by liaising with maintenance teams and external suppliers.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed to a high level of accuracy and consistency.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to handle challenging conversations effectively.
Requirements
  • A valid Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
  • Current Child Protection Training or be willing to obtain upon commencement.
  • Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or be willing to obtain.
  • A Police Check and PRODA Number or be willing to obtain upon commencement.
  • Availability to work rostered shifts from Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours per week.
