Centre Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the Centre Coordinator position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Welcome families, children, and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Introduce new families and team members to the service, conduct centre tours, assist with enrolments and orientations.
  • Utilize systems skills across salesforce and qikkids to manage enrolments and family accounts.
  • Display masterful prioritisation skills to complete various tasks while managing phone, email, debt collection, and walk-in queries.
  • Support the Centre by using refined people and leadership skills as a key member of the Centre Leadership team.
  • Liaise with maintenance teams and external suppliers/contractors to ensure centre standards are maintained.
  • Showcase exceptional administrative skills to deliver high-quality tasks in a reliable and consistent manner.
  • Exhibit extraordinary interpersonal and customer service skills to navigate challenging conversations.

Requirements

  • A current State relevant Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
  • A current Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
  • A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willing to obtain).
  • A Police Check and PRODA Number (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
  • The availability to work rostered shifts from Monday through to Friday for 37.5 hours per week.
