We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team at a leading children's service.
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a key role in implementing high-quality, innovative play-based programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of children. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to create engaging learning environments that foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and educators, as well as initiating and promoting warm and intentional interactions with children. You will also contribute to the development and delivery of curriculums within the learning program.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification recognized by the Department of Education and Training.
- Excellent knowledge of Child Safe Standards, National Quality Framework, and curriculum frameworks.
- The ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to self-manage work requirements in liaison with room team and supervisor.
- A current and valid Working With Children Check, First Aid Level 2, CPR Certificate, Anaphylaxis Management, and Emergency Asthma Management certificates.
