Job Overview

The Manager Performance & Reward Global role is responsible for implementing a global remuneration strategy that aligns with business unit needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Vice President in implementing remuneration strategy.
  • Develop, plan, and deploy reward frameworks globally.
  • Ensure governance and corporate standards are upheld.
  • Influence remuneration outcomes and drive consistency and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in remuneration consulting and/or corporate governance.
  • Knowledge of relevant reward and recognition best practices.
  • Experience with remuneration and benefits technology.
  • System experience with SuccessFactors compensation module (ideally).
  • Excellent data management capabilities, particularly in Excel.
