Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Transformational Change Expert to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our Change Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients to plan, prepare for, and take advantage of rapid changes in their workforces. You will analyze change impacts, develop change management plans, and deliver change management activities to drive successful transformation.

As a client-facing consultant, you will be part of a collaborative team who are passionate about helping clients with all types of change, including transformational, incremental, technological, organizational, and cultural change. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing change impacts and developing comprehensive change management plans
  • Delivering change management activities to ensure successful adoption
  • Reporting on change adoption and stakeholder engagement
