Are you a skilled communicator looking for a challenging role that requires excellent customer service skills?

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our external sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and directly assisting customers with their orders and queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the external sales team on customer quotes, orders, and general enquiries.
  • Assist in resolving routine customer service and support issues.
  • Provide knowledge and advice about our product range.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database and complete builder datasheets.
  • Gather information about customer requirements to assist in closing sales.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant phone manner.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a call centre or similar environment.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • A demonstrated capacity to learn new product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
